This is how we experienced the showcooking with @tobartur! Spectacular showcooking that @tobartur offered us today at the closing of Tobart 2025. Thanks to this association we have been able to taste some incredible dishes with local flavours. What a way to treat our cuisine by @restaurante_frontera with its Chef Antonio and Quique Ferro (Delegate of Euro Toques Nacional) and what delicious wines from the winery Pagos del Guijoso. We would like to give our heartfelt thanks to @tobartur, the Tobarra Hospitality Association, for organising this incredible showcooking which brought together talent, flavour and a lot of passion for local gastronomy. It was a real pleasure to share the kitchen with such dedicated professionals and with such a participative audience.
