The latest edition of Tob'Art (due to problems stemming from the global COVID-19 pandemic) repeated the location in La Cubierta, on 6 and 7 April. In order not to repeat ourselves too much, we will directly mention the most important new features and modifications:
It was possible to carry out the parade of the children's and adults“ drum schools that had to be cancelled last year (and the invited groups and villages were included), a ”photo booth" with drummers' motifs was set up, so that those interested could immortalise the moment in an original way, the logo of what would henceforth be called National Drumming (formerly Jornadas de Exaltación del Tambor y el Bombo, an event of capital importance for the drum in general, and that for Tobarra in particular) which in 2021, and after more than 20 years, would have Tobarra as the host town (unfortunately the event was put on hold until further official notice, for the unfortunate reasons that everyone can imagine). Saturday night's concert was given by the tribute band (Estopa, Melendi, Extremoduro, El Barrio, etc.) and flamenco-pop To the Sound of the Moon, The drum schools from different municipalities, specifically Tobarra, Hellín, Agramón and Jumilla, were the protagonists of the exhibitions. Apart from the schools, and how could it be otherwise, the event was rounded off by the cuadrilla, which was the delegation from Tobarra at the Tamborada Nacional 2019 , in the neighbouring village of Agramón: The Pitcher.
