This year the exhibition was held in the Avenida de la Constituci\u00f3n<\/em>, The weather was fine on the 24th and 25th March. In the weeks leading up to the event, the event was publicised with various press releases, talks and radio interviews. Apart from the permanent displays by the craftsmen, which became an essential part of the first years and a sign of identity, the workshops and demonstrations were extended to include the recording of screws and hoops with \u201crotolin\u201d, the making of parts and reducers, the assembly of snare drums, etc. While all this was going on, the municipal music band provided entertainment with a parade, which culminated at 20:00h with a fabulous percussion concert in which, according to estimates, around 3000 spectators gathered. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following day, and the last, saw the continuation of the exhibitions and workshops, with special emphasis on drum tuning and kid skin patching, which had to be repeated on several occasions due to popular demand. In addition to all this, more than 400 works of art from children from the three schools of Tobarra were exhibited, with prizes being awarded to the winners. The climax was the exhibition of drum playing, this year especially large, as the following schools collaborated: the children's drum schools of Tobarra, Hell\u00edn and Agram\u00f3n, the Cuadrilla Peo-Perd\u00edos <\/em>(which was the official delegation that went to Alcora to represent us in the Drum and Bass Drum Exaltation Days<\/em> 2012) and three individual drummers. It was another moment with a large number of people. At 13:30h all the activities came to an end and it was time to move to the Plaza de Toros for the obligatory brotherhood meal, as every year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
